If you’re pregnant with eczema, you might be wondering, “If I had an eczema and dermatitis flare in one pregnancy, will I flare again in my other pregnancies?”
This is a very normal question to ask – especially if you suffered from eczema during pregnancy in the past.
I understand that having eczema while you’re pregnant can never be fun (and it can be scary, too!) – but thankfully, an eczema flare up may not necessarily happen in every pregnancy that you have.
You can find out more about it in the video above.
And remember – even if you do get eczema or dermatitis while you’re pregnant, there is so much you can do to control it. Eating an anti-inflammatory diet like this one can be a good place to start. Mindset and affirmations are also incredibly important when you’re going through pregnancy.
Remember that even if you do flare, or if you have had an eczema flare in a past pregnancy, you don’t need to be afraid of it happening again – because your skin can change in each pregnancy, and you can always find a way to heal. Don’t forget that 🙂
What was your experience with your eczema or dermatitis in your past pregnancy? Did you flare up in multiple pregnancies? Would love to hear your comments below!
