[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_font=”Gill%20Sans” font_color=”%23ffffff”]Over the last few months, I’ve been working hard to bring you this new eBook. I’m excited because this ebook is full of new information to help you on your eczema journey.[/text_block]
[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_font=”Gill%20Sans”] My new eBook is about how powerful your thoughts are and how the thoughts you think can affect and even impact your eczema, for instance, did you know that your thoughts hold more medicine than you think?
If you suffer from eczema, you’ll know that your battle with eczema is not just physical – but largely emotional as well.
In fact, did you know that the National Science Foundation claims that humans produce at least 12,000-50,000 thoughts a day? In some cases, as many as 98% of them are exactly the same as we had the day before. Even more significant is that 80% of our thoughts are negative!1
If you’re suffering from eczema, you may be experiencing a lot of negativity as well.
If you don’t exercise “emotional fitness” and learn to change your mindset emotionally to help you win the battle, it’s so easy to become defeated.
For instance, do you ever get frustrated at your skin, at yourself, and the idea that you may never heal?
Charles Swindoll once said that “life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it.”
Our minds are so powerful that they can make us ill, or they can make us well. Each feeling you have and each belief you believe impacts every cell in your body.
I remember being a teenager and feeling so jealous that all my friends could lead such normal lives where they could go out and have fun, without worrying about about how their skin looked or how much pain they were in.
I so desperately wanted to be normal.
I so wanted to fit in.
When everyone was busy having fun, I was in pain and busy figuring out how I would survive each day.
It didn’t feel fair.
Every day that I survived became the biggest accomplishment to me. Sadly, I was never sure how I would make it through all the pain, oozing, and redness each day.
This went on for years.
If you’re going through any type of severe eczema, you may be able to relate to this.
I created this eBook to teach you that healing your skin can be as much about healing your thoughts, as it is with food and nutrition.
In fact, fighting eczema can be as much about battling it emotionally as it is physically.
For instance, do you ever find yourself asking questions like:
Will I ever heal from this? (especially when healing looks impossible)
Why do I have to be so unlucky to go through this?
Why is this so discouraging to go through?
Why does this make me feel so defeated?
Why is this so frustrating to go through?
If you’ve ever felt any of those things (or if you’ve even pitied yourself for going through this), then you can relate to the tough emotional battle that comes with eczema.
From my experience, people who are stuck in this emotional battle usually continue to live in a cycle of discouragement without realizing how to get out of it.
It personally took me over 10 years to learn how to control my mind and shift it from negative to positive.
And it’s not as easy as it sounds, but I’ve learnt a couple tricks that will shortcut your learning so that you save yourself 10 years of suffering that I had to go through.[/text_block]
[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_font=”Gill%20Sans” font_color=”%23ffffff”]As someone who suffered with eczema for over a decade, I understand how difficult the battle is emotionally. And if you don’t learn how to stand or train your thoughts, you can easily fall into a perpetual cycle of discouragement.
The stronger you train your mind and your emotional fitness, the stronger you’ll be to overcome this as well.
Only after 10 years of suffering from it, did I only start learning in the last few years how to shift my mindset so that my thoughts could work in favour of my situation.
Eczema is a hard battle to fight, but learning more about how thoughts will help you overcome this is so much easier.
I can teach you how to fight this emotionally.
And I know that the things I’ve learned in this eBook can help empower you to start feeling stronger so you can live a better life.
Everything in this eBook is full of things I’ve learned on my healing journey. My hope is to share them with you so that it can help you stay strong and master your thoughts on your eczema healing journey.
