“The way you start your day, is the way you’ll start the rest of your life.”
Morning routines are incredibly important.
Your morning routine can set you up for massive success the whole day, or it can lead you to feel discouragement throughout the day.
You can choose to linger in bed, be discouraged at how bad your skin is, dwell on your wounds, and continue to repeat in your mind how hard it is living with eczema. Or, you can choose to set yourself up with massive success by starting your day right with a complete mindset change and a morning routine that will kickstart a vision of healing and expectation that great things will happen.
I love believing that great things will happen in your life.
In my times of big flare up’s, I used to tell myself that even though I was going through the worst time that I could possibly imagine (yes, imagine hardly being able to move because the rashes were so painful!), I kept telling myself that something extraordinary was going to happen in my life.
And, it has.
It can for you too (click here and scroll down to read eczema success stories).
In this video, my friend Shaz (who’s a personal trainer and a visionary) and I share why morning routines are so important in your healing journey.
We also share our own personal tips that we practice to help you start your day.
Hope you enjoy it! Happy watching 🙂
