Hi all!
Today I have an exciting podcast for you.
I’d like to introduce you to Michelle from Purely Twins. Michelle and her twin sister, Lori, run an online blog about fitness, health, and recipes. Michelle is not only a blogger, but also a personal trainer and recipe developer.
They have a ton of fitness videos and simple recipes (with very simple, clean ingredients!), so I’m glad that I was able to interview Michelle to learn more about her story.
Michelle had been struggling with eczema for a very long time. It affected her ability to work and she even had to take some time off from working with her personal training clients. It also became very discouraging when she felt like she had tried everything – yet nothing was working.
She has come a long way on her journey, as she’s tried many things that haven’t worked, but she’s also found other things that have worked to help her reach healing.
It’s inspiring because she talks about never giving up, even when you feel like you’ve been doing as much as you can, because you never know – you might just be one step away from healing your eczema.
I highly recommend you to listen to the podcast interview and hear about how she struggled and finally found a way to healing.

Yes, I agree! You’ve given so many people hope by being interviewed on the podcast. Thank you for sharing your story, girl!! xox
This was a great podcast. I made notes of the supplements. As for bone broth, do you take beef and chicken bone broth?
I personally take both beef and chicken bone broth and switch it up. 🙂 Beef takes longer to make and should heat for at least 24-48 hours for the optimal nutrients to leech out.
