Prime Physique Nutrition is ONE YEAR OLD today!
So, thank you.
I just want to take the time to say a special thank you for being my loyal reader (even if you’re new). It is because of you, that you’ve made this blog what it is today.
The givewaway is now over – thank you to all who entered!
Every week, I’ve been receiving such great stories of your eczema journey. Some of you have shared with me your progress, and others have shared with me their testimonials.
But, most of you guys have shared with me how scared you are on this eczema journey, and how you don’t see a light at the end of the tunnel. Whatever you’re going through at this moment, I just want you know, it’s going to be okay. 🙂
Here’s the most touching email that I received last week:
I melted into pieces.
When I first started this site, I thought I’d simply be sharing some of my knowledge and experiences with you, but I never thought that one year later, it would inspire people and touch lives. Every time I receive an email like this, I get so touched and humbled by it.
So, thank you. Thank you for being a part of my site. Thank you for telling me that I inspire you, that my website/videos have helped you, and that you’ve found hope through this. It truly means the world to me.
Introduce yourself and let’s connect
I also want to take this time to get to know you. If you haven’t already, shoot me an email or simply introduce yourself in the comments section! Tell me where you’re at in this eczema journey, and what’s working for you (or not working). I’d love to hear from you! (I do get a lot of emails, so forgive me if it takes longer than usual to get back to you – but I read and do my best to respond to every single one of them).
Also – here’s an update on my life 🙂
In case you’re wondering, I don’t actually work on this blog full time! (..surprisingly) 😉 My husband and I both work full time jobs – but I love writing here, answering emails from readers, and also continually making new videos for you! I guess this is what true passion is.
Recently, my hubby and I took a trip to Italy! It’s my new favourite place to be – and here are some pictures from the trip.

Here’s my hubby and I in Capri Island, where we felt like we were on top of the world! We took a ferry, tram, bus, then a chair lift just to get up here!

This place is gorgeous. Look at these buildings – full of character! (This was in Positano)

My hubby on a chair lift on Capri! Look at that view 😉

We were eating lunch and this was our view we were staring out at in Amalfi Coast. Breathtaking. It felt like a dream being there 😉
I’m also very excited to announce that I have a new project coming up, soon! It’s a surprise – but you’ll know soon enough about it! 😉
Thank you for being a part of it! As part of this, I have an exciting giveaway for a free 30 minute personalized eczema consultation. To sign up for this giveaway, click below. Good luck!
Thank you for making this blog’s 1 year anniversary so terrific! You all rock.

I pray that your love of life and that your love for Jesus and the love for your husband will lead others to love as well. I have eczema and psoriasis and so what, my new life in Christ will be without scales and pains and red marks, no more itching and scratching, just abundant life. I pray for you, abundant life, one day we will meet in heaven and then I can thank you for encouragement.
