It has been a month since I was desperately looking for answers to my skin issues. For the past 4 years, my skin would cycle through phases of inflammation, itchiness, flare ups, and dryness. Finally I committed myself to eating cleaner and healthier. As a self-proclaimed foodie and home cook, I didn’t think I could do it. But I’ve cut down a significant amount of meats, especially red meat, gluten, dairy, soy, and sugar. I’m eating a more plant- based diet and continue with my supplements everyday. I know this is a lifetime change for me but I have felt a lot better even with the occasional flare ups. Honestly you’re the first book I read about healing from eczema. I tried and did see results but didn’t commit until I joined your group.
