It didn’t come back with one tidy answer. That’s actually the useful part.

Your answers flagged these areas. This doesn’t confirm any of them is causing your eczema. Only a qualified provider can assess that.
Your first step this week
Small, but it tells you a lot. xo Abby
And if you have room for one more
Not textbook symptoms. The small things people mention almost as an aside, right before they say “but that’s probably not related.”
If more than one of those landed, this area may be worth exploring more closely.
The useful part isn’t picking one area. It’s seeing which ones may overlap for you, and which to explore first.

You’ve probably already tried a lot. Steroid creams, elimination diets, a few dermatologists. And it still comes back.
I know, because I lived it: years of severe eczema on my face and neck.
Then my son had it too.
And badly. So I know this from both sides: living with it myself, and being the parent up at night with a little one who can’t stop scratching.
What finally moved things wasn’t a stronger cream. It was looking closely at which areas mattered for us, and in what order. That’s what we help you do now.
A quiz can point you in a direction. Talking it through with someone who gets it helps you work out what to do next. Two ways:

Four things most people never get told. Open whichever one you’re curious about.
Patterns like these don’t always stay the same over time.
That’s why it can be worth looking a little deeper, even when nothing on the surface feels urgent.
If even one of those landed, it’s worth talking through.
Maybe you’ve felt dismissed or rushed by a doctor. If so, that’s real.
But even with a doctor who listens, there’s a structural reason this gets missed. Dermatology stops at the skin. Gastroenterology stops at the gut. Each one treats its own territory well.
Some of the areas linked with eczema sit in the gap between them. Most creams and diets focus on the part you can see. What’s underneath can be worth exploring too.
Two people can have the same rash in the same spot, with completely different areas worth exploring underneath. One fixed protocol is a lot easier to sell than fifteen possible combinations, which is why most programs skip this part.
We only work on eczema. Inside that, there’s no single path everyone gets walked down. There’s only yours, explored in the order that makes sense for your history.
A plan needs the one thing no quiz can see: youryour child’s timeline.
