Hello, from Paris! My hubby and I have been traveling for the last 2 weeks across Europe so I haven’t been able to update much since then. But, I’m so glad to finally be sharing this review because I’ve been meaning to write it for so long!
I’m a big fan of Pure and Simple products and I’ve been using it for a long time. For my readers wondering about it, they’re actually a spa (an awesome spa!) that does facials, but they also sell a very natural line of make up & skin care products. Actually, their line of products were the first “natural” line of products that I started to get into – so I have a special spot for it 🙂
If you read my previous post on the link between ayurveda and eczema (and the three different types of eczema), I actually first learned about ayurveda from Pure and Simple. Their owner, Kristen Ma, is really into this, including holistic skin care.
She also has a book called, “Pure and Simple: A Holistic Guide to Beauty,” which is all about holistic skin care from the inside out (and I definitely learned a lot from reading it). She even did a whole talk on the link between eczema and ayurveda at the Whole Life Expo, which you can watch below.
