Introducing….The Eczema Podcast
I’m so excited for this new post….because I’m officially launching my new podcast, “The Eczema Podcast,” for all my readers!
I’m super stoked because I’ll be providing you with tips, products, resources, and the latest research. Plus, I’ll be interviewing experts in the field – from skin experts, to doctors, to nutritionists! Some of my guests include a nutrition expert regularly on TV and a doctor and professor on the board of the National Eczema Association.
Plus – I want to give a huge thank you to YOU all for being such faithful readers! I hope that this new podcast launch will instil hope and provide you with a resource to learn more about natural eczema remedies.
Today’s episode
I couldn’t be more excited to launch my first episode and share it with you all. In today’s episode, I’m thrilled to interview my very first guest on the show: Jennifer Roberge, owner of The Eczema Company. We met last year when she first invited me to write a guest post on her blog. I love her personality and she was so great to interview!
In this episode, Jennifer shares on “How to Prepare for a Diet Change.” As you know, a lot of people who suffer from eczema end up changing their diet to help with the flare ups. Jennifer has gone through many diets with her son, Tristan, who has eczema.
She also understands what it’s like to have a husband go through the same diet change (and it’s not always easy having a significant other going through it, too!).

The video didn’t end up working – but here’s a screenshot of us during the interview!
Listen to her tips and advice on how to prepare for a diet change (both physically, mentally, and emotionally) because her advice will come very helpful.
Unfortunately, the video didn’t end up working for this episode – but the video will be back on for Episode #3, so stay tuned!

I feel like I have found it!
I am starting my diet today! 🙂
Aww..thanks for your kind comment! I hope it works for you!
I love your website! I’ve been battling eczema for about 7 years off and on. Flare ups are usually on my hands and go away with steroid creams, however, I have been realizing more and more lately that I need to change my diet — fix the root of the problem. I’ve also been on a journey to eating and living more naturally since I was pregnant with my son, and have started to incorporate other lifestyle changes. My flare ups have been worse since having him. Your site has such wonderful information and I have been enjoying all the podcasts. Gives me hope I can fix my skin issues! Thank you so much for sharing your story and reminding me I’m not alone in this struggle. 🙂
No problem – thank you for stopping by my site, Jessica! Hope you find the healing that you need 🙂
