After over a decade of searching, I finally found it…
I recently found some photos of me back when I was going through a flare up during my high school prom. I’m not sure if you can see the reflection in the mirror (in the photo), but if you look closely, my back was all covered in wounds as well. My mom had put makeup all over my face to cover the redness and rashes. And sadly, at one point, my face had gotten at least 10 times worse than what it was like in this photo.
It kind of hurts to look back at photos like this. I remember wanting to look my best on this day. I felt so embarrassed wearing a dress at prom with so many wounds and scars exposed.
What made it worse was when all the pictures were developed and were passed around the entire class. Sadly, all my friends saw the open wounds all over my skin, and I remember my heart sinking. I was filled with embarrassment and shame.
It’s such a miracle and an answered prayer to see that so much has healed today.
I share this in hopes you don’t have to go through the same thing.
Throughout the past year and ever since I released my eBook, “Healing Eczema: Why Dieting is Not Enough,” I’ve received countless emails every week from readers like yourself, asking if I could share the details of my healing treatment plan – including how long it took me to heal, the exact foods I ate during the healing process, the supplements I took to heal, and other details involved in the healing process.
Many readers who email me are often scared of what they’re going through – since it can be scary and difficult to understand eczema. I remember feeling the exact same way.
For those who are struggling with it, I know how incredibly frightening, discouraging, and painful it can be.
Due to popular demand, I decided that I would create a new guide for you to describe the exact details of my healing treatment plan.
And above all else, my goal is to give you a renewed sense of hope and encouragement.
This guide is a 20 page guide with the exact steps I followed to get rid of the rashes and wounds. Plus, it includes:
- My tips and techniques I followed to lead me into the healing process The supplements I used religiously to speed up wound healing (including product links)
- The exact diet (and foods list) you can follow to speed up healing
- A 1-week sample of foods I ate (taken from my food journal)
- Lifestyle changes I made to help the eczema
- The amount of time it took me to heal
- Details of what it was like going through the entire healing process
I really hope that this guide will help encourage you, but also help you to answer some of the questions that you might have.
The amount made from this guide will also help to support this site and the podcasts to keep running. My goal is that you can be educated to learn as much as you can about overcoming eczema. Remember – the more you learn, the more educated and equipped you are to help your body heal 🙂
