If you’ve reached this page, it’s because you’ve asked for tips on how you can get your healing process started. All of my tips have been written in my blog posts on this site. Due to the large volume of emails from my readers asking the same question (and the large amount of info that I’ve already written on how you can get started on your healing process!), you’ll benefit more from checking out this resource page 🙂
First and foremost – a huge key is to work on changing your diet and healing your gut, which will help your skin (see the links below in the links list to read more on this). I would encourage you to immerse yourself in this knowledge (as the knowledge you learn can help you heal) 🙂 If you are really struggling with this, please reach out to find a great holistic practitioner in your area or someone who does online consultations to help you.
I also offer my group coaching program which opens for enrolments every few months – which you can learn about here 🙂 I offer teaching, advice and support to help you on your journey.
I would also encourage you to limit the amount of toxins that go into your body during the healing process (so try to stick to natural products – even when it comes to your shampoo, makeup products and creams).
I would also encourage you to practice prayer, affirmations, gratitude, or something that will calm your mind and help you feel more positive.
All my knowledge and experiences are compiled into this eBook that I wrote, which you can check out here. It contains very useful information on how to start the healing process from the inside out to help you.
I also just released a guide with my personal eczema healing treatment plan. It includes very personal details like what my healing experience was like, tips and techniques I followed that led me to the healing process, the exact diet I ate, supplements I took, a sample food journal I ate, and much more.
Thoughts also play a big role in eczema. For instance – stressful thoughts can trigger a flare up, and positive thoughts can help relax you. When your body is in a relaxed state, this is when it begins to heal.
