Looking for a nutritious quick smoothie?
Here’s a quick and delicious smoothie that takes less than 10 minutes to make: introducing the Hemp Berry Smoothie!

Using my 40mm Canon lens for the first time to photograph these 🙂
To be honest, I made this smoothie by just throwing in the ingredients that I had in my fridge – and it still made a delish drink!
The only ingredients you need for this smoothie are:
- 1 apple
- 1 cup hemp milk
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp spirulina
- 1 cup parsley
- Handful of Goji Berries
- 4 ice cubes
Toss the ingredients together in a blender:
And voila…!

Goji Berries:

Parsley
Parsley is a nutritional powerhouse with vitamins A,B,C, and K and the minerals iron and potassium. It’s great for detoxifying your body and helps boost your immunity!
