Her rashes covered 95% of her body. Nobody could figure out the pattern.
Michelle’s skin started flaring on her hands in 2017. Then her face and chest. She was a competitive athlete who ate well, and had no idea what was happening.
She saw the GP, the dermatologist, the allergist, the immunologist. She worked with holistic nutritionists and naturopaths. She cut out foods, swapped every personal care product, and watched for a pattern. She never found one, and she told us there were a lot of tears in that time.
Every step along the way ruled something out. But ruling things out one at a time is slow, and she was tired. She’d spent years and thousands of dollars. 💸💸
So we started somewhere different. We went back to when it began, and put every piece of her history in one place. That’s an Eczema Story, and the answer is often sitting in plain sight once the pieces are together.
For Michelle, they pointed to mold exposure: years of it in a previous home, then a leak in her new one. Over eight months with our Eczema Conquerors team, she saw gradual progress, month by month: fewer flares, more hydration, less redness, less flaking.
Now she’s sweating through workouts, swimming in lakes, and eating foods she’d avoided for years and finally feeling like she's got her life back! 🥹
Michelle’s results are her own. Every Eczema Story is different, and hers took eight months of steady work.

Eczema flare anxiety is real, and it’s the part nobody warns you about.
When my eczema was at its worst, I’d wake up asking: can I look in the mirror today? Can I go out and see people without feeling embarrassed? Can I sleep tonight without itching, or will I wake up to a new flare?
Those thoughts ran my days. They made me want to hide, and that’s what eczema and anxiety can do together. 😔
If you live with chronic eczema, you’re not imagining it, and you’re not the only one.
💬 Leave a comment below and tell me the one or two thoughts that hit hardest when you’re in a flareup. Let’s share them here so none of us carries them alone. ❤️

I couldn’t breathe properly, and I didn’t know why.
My upper jaw was so narrow that I kept waking up in the night. Dr. Mandeep @drmandeepjohal widened my palate, and now I’m breathing and sleeping better.
Is that a direct link to eczema? No.
But when your tongue rests on the roof of your mouth, it helps regulate your breathing and your nervous system. That can help bring down inflammation across the whole body, which matters for chronic eczema and any other inflammatory condition.
Mouth breathing, a narrow jaw, poor sleep and inflammation all feed into each other. That’s why we look at the whole picture, not just the skin.
💬 Comment QUIZ or DM us QUIZ if you’ve done the creams and the elimination diets and still don’t know why it keeps flaring and we’ll send you our 2-minute eczema Root Causes Quiz. It shows you which internal body systems to look at first. 🤗

If you keep wondering, "What am I missing?" I created this quiz to help you start connecting the dots. 💛
ㅤ
Do any of these sound familiar?
ㅤ
👉 You're exhausted, but the itching keeps you awake.
ㅤ
👉 Your skin calms on holiday and flares again at home.
ㅤ
👉 You're eating "healthy," but you're constantly bloated.
ㅤ
👉 Your iron, B12 or zinc keep coming back low, even though you're eating well.
ㅤ
It's easy to think of these as separate problems. Noticing the patterns can help you ask more informed questions about your health.
ㅤ
Our quiz explores 15 potential contributing factors and highlights the patterns that stand out in your answers.
ㅤ
It's not a diagnosis or proof of what's causing your eczema. It's a starting point for understanding what you're experiencing.
ㅤ
💬 Recognize yourself? Comment QUIZ and I'll send you the free 2-minute quiz.

If your eczema keeps flaring and you can’t figure out why, your skin may not be the only place worth looking. 👀
Sometimes the most useful clues are hiding in patterns you’ve gotten so used to, you barely notice them anymore.
Things like:
→ feeling bloated after certain foods
→ crashing after meals
→ itching more at night
→ noticing your skin changes when you’re away from home
→ struggling with certain higher-fat foods
That’s why I created a quick eczema Root Cause Quiz to help you look at the bigger picture.
It takes about 2 minutes and explores 15 different patterns that may be worth discussing or investigating further - then helps you see which ones stand out most for you and where you could start asking better questions.
Because when you’re dealing with chronic eczema, recurring eczema flares, itchy skin, gut issues, or unexplained skin triggers, having a clearer picture can make the next step feel a lot less overwhelming.
This is pattern analysis, not a diagnosis - but you might be surprised by what you notice.
👇 Comment “QUIZ” and I’ll send you the full 2 minute eczema quiz. 🤗

Eczema keeps coming back in the same spots? Read this 👇
You calm the eczema flare up down. You finally exhale. Then it's back, sometimes within days.
If your eczema flares keep returning even when you're doing "everything right," there may be a piece of the picture that hasn't been looked at yet.
Swipe through the 5 questions and count your YESes:
1️⃣ Flares that return in the same spots
2️⃣ Eczema that stalls or gets worse despite your usual treatments
3️⃣ Weeping, crusting, stinging, or bumps around the edges of patches
4️⃣ A flare that returns not long after you've calmed it
5️⃣ The feeling that you're treating the surface but something underneath is being missed
Said YES to even one? Staph may be worth a closer look. It's one of the most overlooked pieces of recurring eczema, and most people are never taught how to spot the clues.
That's why I created The Complete Guide to Staph Infections: Topical + Internal Treatments - a 90 min training/workshop.
Inside, I walk you through how to recognize when staph may be driving your flares and what to do early, from the outside (topicals) and the inside (nutrition, botanicals, immune support).
🎁 It also comes with the Staph Flare Clue Checklist, the Staph & Eczema Pattern Tracker, and a 45-minute training on the nose-skin connection.
💬 Comment STAPH and I'll send you the shop link to the workshop + bonuses 💛

Eczema Awareness Month starts today, so here's what I wish more people knew about living with eczema 👇
ㅤ
It's not "just dry skin." It's the itchy skin that wakes you at 2am. It's an eczema flare-up that makes a hot shower, a scratchy sleeve, or even a hug hurt. It's the eczema on your hands, arms, legs, or face that everyone can see, and the exhaustion no one can.
ㅤ
And if you've tried steroid creams, ointments, baths, elimination diets, and supplements and you're still flaring? You haven't failed. Every single thing you tried taught you something about your skin. That effort counts.
ㅤ
Eczema looks different for everyone, so what works for someone else might not be your answer. But understanding your own triggers can make this feel a lot less confusing.

What’s the strangest thing you’ve started to cope with your skin flares? 🤔
This was mine....going to a "rage room“ (which they have in many cities now) was one of the strangest (and best things) I’ve done to let out all my frustration! 😜
I actually went there with my husband many years ago, and the whole time, I was releasing all the anger and frustration that developed as a result of the skin flares.
This particular rage room allowed us to bring our own glasses, dishes, and appliances - so we found a lot of unused and old things to smash. 😂
I remember yelling and releasing all the trapped tension inside. 😩
So tell me... What’s the strangest thing you’ve done to cope with your skin flares?

If your flares just won't fully settle no matter what you try... there might be something invisible keeping the cycle going. 🔁
For a lot of people, that's staph.
It's common in flaring skin, and when it's out of balance, it can quietly make the itching, inflammation, even the infections, worse.
I recently ran a workshop breaking this down - what staph has to do with your flares, how to tell if it's playing a role, and what to actually do about it.
The workshop is now available in my shop, so you can watch it (and rewatch it) anytime.

Eczema flare-ups do NOT mean you failed. 🙏
I used to think every flare was proof I’d messed up - that I wasn’t trying hard enough, that I’d ruined my progress. I fell into a cycle of self-blame and self-judgment that got so heavy it led to real depression, even dark thoughts I’m not afraid to admit now.
Here’s the reframe that changed everything for me: a flare isn’t failure. A flare is feedback.
Your skin flaring doesn’t erase the progress you’ve made in your eczema journey. It’s just your body giving you data - telling you something in your treatment plan, your routine, or your environment needs adjusting. That’s it. It’s communication, not condemnation.
So next time your eczema flares up, instead of spiraling into „I failed,“ ask „what is my body trying to tell me?“ That shift alone can take so much pressure off.
You are not your flare. You are not behind. You are not a failure. You are more than a conqueror, and you WILL overcome this flare - and every one after it.
💬 Comment or DM me the word “SUPPORT“ if you’re in a flare right now and need real support (not just “use more moisturizer“ advice, but an actual plan to calm your skin and stop the cycle) and I’ll send you a message. 💛

Eczema flare-ups that keep coming back? Your nose could be an eczema trigger you haven't considered. 👃
Most people look at food, stress, and skincare when they're trying to figure out what's causing their eczema flares. But in one of our latest Eczema Conquerors webinars, our naturopath got into the nose-to-skin connection, and why one specific area could be a clue that something's off.
We're giving the full replay away for free. Inside you'll get:
✔️ The nose-to-skin connection and why it matters for eczema flares
✔️ Why one specific location could be a clue
✔️ Unfiltered Q&A from real members with eczema
✔️ Why healing often starts in the gut (eczema and gut health, inflammation, and natural eczema relief)
If you've been doing all the right things and your eczema still won't calm down, this could connect a few dots. 🤗

Doing everything “right” but your eczema is still flaring?
When eczema flares keep coming back, it’s easy to think you need more. More supplements, more food restrictions, more skincare, more protocols.
But sometimes the better next step is to look for patterns instead of adding more.
Watch for overlooked eczema triggers like fragrance, detergent, histamine load, recurring flare locations, possible skin infection, and an overwhelmed skin barrier.
With atopic dermatitis, patterns can reveal more than one isolated trigger.
The goal isn’t to keep collecting eczema solutions. It’s to get clearer on what may actually be driving your flares.
👉 Comment SUPPORT if you want help figuring out what may be worth looking at next. ❤️

Decision fatigue is real when you have severe eczema. 😩
It's not just the physical suffering - it's the mental load of every single decision. Choosing a cream means asking yourself: will this irritate my skin? Will it sting? Will I even like the texture? Will I go through the whole jar in a week?
When my eczema flares were at their worst, my skin was so dry I had to moisturize every few minutes just to get through the day. My face was disfigured and I honestly didn't know if it would ever go back to normal. The one thing I could rely on through the flares and the suffering was one simple balm.
That's exactly why we created our Conquer with Hope balm - our most popular eczema balm, with 15 superfood ingredients, all natural. I looked at over 100 ingredient labels before landing on this formula, because when you're dealing with eczema-prone skin, every ingredient matters.
I still use it morning and night, plus I carry the travel size in my purse everywhere I go. If your skin leans toward dry, itchy, or flare-prone, and you like a richer, more oily balm texture (not a thin lotion), this is worth trying. I even layer it on top of my regular moisturizer when I need extra hydration for dry, irritated skin.
Dealing with eczema flare-ups, dry cracked skin, or an itchy skin rash that won't quit? You don't have to keep guessing which eczema cream will actually work for you.
💬 Comment "BALM" and I'll send you all the details right away.

Struggling with eczema, dry skin, or recurring skin inflammation? 🤔
These 3 fatty-acid-rich supplements are some of my favourites for supporting eczema-prone skin, the skin barrier, and a healthy inflammatory response. 💛
I rotate them depending on what my body needs rather than taking everything all the time. And remember, supplements aren’t one-size-fits-all, especially when you’re trying to get to the bottom of eczema flares and potential eczema triggers.
